Healthcare providers and organizations using VaultaOne are responsible for:
- Ensuring their internal processes and workflows comply with HIPAA requirements
- Executing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with VaultaOne where applicable
- Managing user access, permissions, and data-sharing practices within the platform
5. Shared Responsibility Model
While VaultaOne provides the infrastructure and tools necessary to support HIPAA compliance, compliance is a shared responsibility between VaultaOne and its users.
Users are responsible for configuring and using the platform in a manner consistent with applicable healthcare regulations.
6. Compliance Limitations
VaultaOne does not guarantee full regulatory compliance in all circumstances.
Compliance depends on proper usage, configuration, and adherence to applicable laws by all parties involved.
