6.2 Free Trials
VaultaOne may offer free trial periods. At the conclusion of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled prior to the end of the trial period.

All payments made to VaultaOne are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Refunds will not be provided for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused features or services
- Early termination or cancellation
6.4 Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Duplicate transactions
- Verified billing errors
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
